4 simple tips to start a blog

I am sure there are lots of tips on how to start a blog already, nonetheless i want to share a couple of tips with others because i am sure that i will help someone who is thinking whether to start a blog or not.

Tip 1.

If you feel it, do it.

If you feel like you want to start a blog, well go ahead and do it,do not think twice. There are many benefits to it and if you get this feeling it means there is a need for it in your life and i can tell you from personal experience that it is quite liberating and it helps to externalize the feelings which we normally keep locked inside.Put it out there and get this load off your chest and in the same time you may be helping someone who is going through the same situation as you.

Tip 2.

Go with the flow.

Of course you will start to worry about what to write on your blog.Long story short, in the beginning just go with the flow, write whatever comes and mostly what you feel like. That’s how you get started and as time goes by you will eventually get a grip of it and hence you will improve in content and context.

Tip 3

Start on a free domain.

There are quite a number of free domains which you can use to start you blog and you just have to google it, which is how i started. I started on http://www.weebly.com then moved here to http://www.wordpress.com but you can do a little research and pick whichever you like. I advise to start on a free domain because then you do not feel like it’s an investment and then you may feel like you really need to write on it and it can become a burden.

Tip 4

Have fun

The key to having a successful blog is to have fun and really enjoy yourself during the process, grow with your writing and connect with your readers.

With that i let you enjoy your writing. If you have any questions, feel free to ask and i will be glad to reply.
