When was the last time you laughed till your jaws hurt or you teared up? We all know that after a good laughter somehow we just feel much better about everything. Yes, it’s true, the more you laugh the better you feel. Ofcourse it doesn’t solve the problems but it makes you feel better about yourself. So when you feel better your perspectives change and it shows you new ways of dealing with whatever you have on your plate. So my advice for you today is to have a conversation with someone who makes you laugh or watch something funny.

Very often we get hurt emotionally and we do not know how to deal with it. However when left on their own, emotional wounds can aggravate and this affect our whole being since our emotions are not balanced and they sometimes overload all over the place leading to chaos in our lives as well as those close to us. One good way to deal with emotional hurts is through creativity, it can be writing, singing, drawing or anything that gets your mind off and lets you express your. Pour your feelings into your creations and empty yourself of all the negativity.
An important part of life is the celebration of thyself. I believe it should be a ritual performed by each individual to acknowledge out existence and who we truly are.
Though you have your flaws, which we all do nonetheless we are all amazing in our respective ways so let’s celebrate beautiful diversity!
